INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 over ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup nut butter of your choice
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)

METHODS:

  1. Wisk together all ingredients.
  2. Cook on greased griddle or pan over low-medium heat.
  3. Serve with fresh bananas, nuts, and warmed honey syrup.
